I calculate wood wall art dimensions in cm. There may be a maximum difference of 1 cm when converting to inches. If you want exact size, I will do my best for that.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my wooden wall clock and moss wall art products will be sent in a special case to protect against breakage. If you would like a gift package, please let me know. If you want, I can put any note you want inside the box. Please do not hesitate to contact me.

What is the Preserved Moss Wall Art?

Preserved moss wall art needs no upkeep like watering, sunlight, or fertilizing. It stays the same size, just keep it away from sunlight, water and too much air.

100% ecological.

If the air gets too dry (below 40% humidity), the moss might feel dry to the touch. But when it's humid again, it will soften up. It is like a natural moisture meter.

Since it's natural, preserved moss won't cause any allergies.

It doesnt make CO2, and it keeps volume.

Preserved moss has a natural smell, like earth. Some people like it, some don't. In any case, after a few weeks the odor fades away.

Customs Fee Payment

Particularly for products purchased from EU member countries, buyers are subject to the customs regulations applied by their countries. Shipments that are not received due to customs fees will be refunded to the buyers after the shipping costs and return freight fee are deducted.

Customers in the United States will not be charged any additional customs fees.

However, orders shipped to countries such as Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, or Switzerland may be subject to customs duties.

Shipping & Damage Policy

My products are carefully packaged in special boxes designed to resist impact and breakage. However, if you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

If you suspect the item is damaged, please record a video while opening the package. This is the only way I can assist you in case of damage.
Since all items are handmade and custom-made, damage claims without an unpacking video cannot be accepted.

Information About Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and track your package regularly.

If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, unreachable recipient, or unanswered messages, the package may be returned or destroyed by the shipping carrier.

In such cases, a refund will be issued minus:

20% Etsy fee,

Product cost,

Shipping fee,

Any customs charges,

Return shipping cost.

To prevent this, please check your email and Etsy inbox, and be available to receive your package.
